At Keish Fashion, we strive to provide high-quality scrubs that meet your expectations. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to help!

Returns & Exchanges
Timeframe
 Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items Customized, embroidered, or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Proof of Purchase A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

Refund Process
Processing Time 
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and refund processing.
Refund Method Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we offer free exchanges (subject to availability). Simply initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at [your support email] within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping costs and send a replacement.

Returns
Customer Responsibility
 Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Prepaid Label For exchanges and returns due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

   2.    We will provide instructions and a return shipping address.
   3.    Once we receive your item, we’ll process your request.

Return & Exchange Policy

All orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or other reliable carriers. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
 

Order Processing & Handling
Processing Time
 Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Tracking Information A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
